About Kim

My reflexology journey began in 2015. After earning my Foot Reflexology certification in 2016, I joined the Reflexology Association of Canada (RAC) and began building a practice dedicated to helping people find calm, comfort, and time for themselves.

More than 10 years later, reflexology continues to be both my profession and my passion.  I love helping people discover that reflexology is so much more than relaxation and encouraging them to make it part of their regular health and wellness routine.

My approach is simple: provide knowledgeable, personalized reflexology in a comfortable and welcoming environment where you can slow down, reconnect and make your well-being a priority.
