Foot Reflexology
1 hour • $100
Each 75 minute session (60 mins approx on reflexology) begins with a warm Epsom salt foot soak. At this time, I will ask you any health related questions that may be relevant to your reflexology session. You may also decide to add essential oils and/or hot stones to your treatment at no extra cost to you. Both elements bring an elevated level of luxury and relaxation to your session.
After we agree on your specialized reflexology plan, you transfer onto a heated massage table where I continue with a detailed, therapeutic foot reflexology massage. Each session encourages you to relax, reconnect, and restore your body, mind and spirit. By applying pressure to very specific reflex points on the foot through a series of thumb and finger movements, the body is encouraged to rebalance. Reflexology improves circulation allowing nature to remove toxins from the body naturally, and improve health. You may wish to combine this service with either hand or face reflexology to make it a 90 minute session. Please advise me in the notes at booking.
Raindrop Treatment, Young Living Essential Oils
1 hour 30 minutes • $145
Combine specialized foot reflexology with light tissue massage and Young Living essential oils on a heated massage table. Essential oils are worked into the spine reflex points on the foot before moving you onto your stomach and carefully dropping the same oils along your spine and gently working them into your back. This is a beautiful, aromatic, therapeutic treatment targeting chronic pain, and stress relief.
Facial Reflexology
60 mins • $100
Help to erase the effects of stress and anxiety from your face through natural, non-invasive methods. You may wish to combine this service with Auricular, Hand or Foot reflexology and make this a 90 minute service. Please advise me in the notes at booking.
Facial Reflexology with crystals and sound therapy
1 hour 30 minutes • $145
Combine the benefits of Facial Reflexology, healing crystals, and sound therapy for a relaxing and therapeutic treatment. Facial appearance is more relaxed and youthful after treatment.
